DINNTECO products are innovative and it is difficult to make the operation and reliability of these products understood. This is why DINNTECO decided to contact both the Laboratorio Central Oficial de Electrotecnia (L.C.O.E) of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade in Madrid, Spain and the Laboratoire de Génie Electrique of the University of Pau (France) to demonstrate two frequently asked questions:
Comparative difference between conventional tips and the DINNTECO system.
- To demonstrate the operation of the DDCE as a variable electric field balancer.
- The short current pulse test 10/350 μs of 100 KA was performed according to the requirements of the UNE-EN-IEC 62305 and UNE-EN-IEC 62561 standards.
The maximum certified voltage is 705,000 volts at one meter.
Short current pulse test 10/350 μs of 100KA.
Explanation of test:
- The DDCE undergoes a series of tests, with 3 very fast discharges in succession, of 100 KA each. It is checked that no mechanical damage is suffered in 4 tests, only the 5th one suffers a small break in the equipment's insulation.
